Tuffy’s strives to make their toys the toughest on the market. They continually test each toy to make it as indestructible as possible. Each soft toy is made with 4 layers. Two layers are made of industrial grade luggage material, 1 layer of plastic coating and the other layer is made of soft fleece on the outside. All Tuffy toys are veterinarian recommended and approved.
